Using a keyboard to navigate within webpages
When you go to the Firefox menu and select OptionsPreferencesSettings, the General panel Browsing section includes the setting Always use the cursor keys to navigate within webpages. This allows you to move through web content as if you were inside a read-only editor. You can use the keyboard to select web content and copy it to the clipboard.
You can press F7 at any time to turn this feature on or off. When you press F7, Firefox will ask if you really want to turn on this feature. You can disable this prompt by selecting Do not show this dialog again.
Search for text when you start to type
Your Firefox OptionsPreferencesSettingsGeneral panel Browsing section includes the setting Search for text when you start typing. This allows you to quickly navigate to text or hyperlinks in a web page. This feature has two modes. Press / and start typing to search all text on the current page, or press ' before your string to search hyperlinks only. Firefox will highlight matching text or hyperlinks as you type.
The following keyboard shortcuts control this feature:
- Type more characters to narrow your search. Firefox will highlight the next matching hyperlink or text or alert you that nothing matched.
- Press Ctrlcommand+G or F3 to find the next occurrence of your current search string.
- Press Ctrlcommand+Shift+G or Shift+F3 to find the previous occurrence of your current search string.
- Press Backspace to undo the last character you typed. Firefox will back up to the previously highlighted text.
- Press Esc to cancel a search. You can also cancel a search by changing focus, or simply waiting for the timeout.
If this setting is checked, you can start typing at any time to auto-start a search on the current page. By default auto-started searches look for all text on the page. You can still explicitly press ' or / to start finding in one mode or the other.
You can use this feature to get to buttons, text boxes and other form controls. Search for the text immediately before the form control you want and press Tab. Pressing Tab automatically exits the search and sets focus to the next form field or button after the highlighted text.
HTML Access Keys
On some web pages, keyboard shortcuts are assigned to different elements on the page. To move the cursor directly to one of these elements, press Shift+AltCtrl + option+AccessKey.

Page Zoom
You can zoom in and out of web pages including images with the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Press Ctrlcommand++ to display the web page one size larger.
- Press Ctrlcommand+- to display the web page one size smaller.
- Press Ctrlcommand+0 (zero) to display the web page at its normal size.

Text Zoom
You can choose to change the text size only using the Text Zoom feature:
- Press the Alt key to temporarily bring up the traditional Firefox menus.At the top of the Firefox windowOn the menu bar, click the View menu, then go to Zoom.
- Select Zoom Text Only, which will make the controls only apply to text, not images.
The following keyboard shortcuts control text size when Text Zoom is selected:
- Press Ctrlcommand++ to increase the text size.
- Press Ctrlcommand+- to decrease the text size.
- Press Ctrlcommand+0 (zero) to reset the text size to the web page's default size.
Note that some web pages may display incorrectly if you increase or decrease the text size.

Setting Fonts and Colors

Setting a Minimum Font Size
Some websites may display text which is too small to read comfortably. To make such pages easier to read, you can set a minimum font size. On web pages that try to display text smaller than this size, Firefox will enlarge the text to your chosen size.
To set a minimum font size, open the Firefox menu and select OptionsPreferencesSettings. In the General panel, go down to Language and Appearance and click the button in the Fonts & Colors section. You can specify a minimum font size from the dropdown menu.
Note that some web pages may display incorrectly depending on your choice of a minimum font size.
Overriding Page Fonts
Some websites may display text in fonts that are difficult to read, and other sites may rely on the browser's default fonts. To set your default fonts:
In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.Click the menu button and select .Click the menu button and select .
- In the General panel, scroll down to Language and Appearance.
- Choose a default font and size in the Fonts & Colors section.

Some websites may display text and background colors that are difficult to read, and other sites may rely on the browser's default colors. To set your default colors:

- In the General panel, scroll down to Language and Appearance.
- Click the button in the Fonts & Colors section.
You can set default text and background colors, as well as default colors for visited and unvisited hyperlinks. You can also specify whether hyperlinks should be underlined.
However, many web pages set their own colors, so your choices will have no effect. To override the colors defined by web pages, uncheck the Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections aboveoptionpreference.
Firefox automatically detects if you are using a High Contrast theme and displays everything in your high contrast color scheme. This overrides all other other browser or web page settings, and it affects the Firefox interface itself (all menus, windows, and dialog boxes) and the content of any web page you visit.
To use a High Contrast theme, go to Start Menu, select Control Panel, then Appearance and Personalization, finally Change the theme and choose one of the High Contrast themes.To use a High Contrast theme, open the charms panel, select Control Panel from the Settings charm, then Appearance and Personalization, finally Change the theme and choose one of the High Contrast themes.To use a High Contrast theme, go to Start Menu, select Settings, then Accessibility, finally High Contrast on the left. New ability to convert MathCAD Prime MCDX and MCTX files
DocuFreezer supports new CAD filetypes. It is now able to easily convert Mathcad Prime worksheets MCDX and MCTX files to PDFs or images in batches. MathCAD drawings may contain texts, mathematical elements, diagrams, and graphs. Please note, that processing these files will require MathCAD Prime software.
Mathcad Prime (a newer version of MathCAD) is a CAD application for automated mathematical calculations. This system is mostly used for design, calculations, equation and has an ability to render graphs (which can be dynamic) and charts in two dimensions. MathCAD has many features for engineering calculations and creating documentation.
Can .mcdx files be read and viewed without MathCAD? Yes, they can! If your colleague or client doesn't have MathCAD software installed and doesn't know how to convert .mcdx to another format, you can send them these types of files previously saved to PDF or TIFF by DocuFreezer.

Once you have MathCAD Prime installed, DocuFreezer will be able to process these files:
New ability to set page range and extract PDF pages
The new DocuFreezer allows selecting a specific page range. This means you can set the program to convert only certain pages of all documents within a session. This way, you can also extract pages from PDF! Just specify which pages you want to extract from multipage documents (PDF, Word, etc.) and select either Multipage: Split into single pages or Merge into one PDF option. It can be useful, e.g., when you want to get the output files like these:
- a multipage file containing only the necessary pages or
- separate pages (as single-page PDFs or images)
New ability to reduce output PDF file size when converting Word DOC and DOCX files
Ability To Set Page Size In Onenote Template
The new MinSize option allows you to make the size of output PDF files smaller. With this feature enabled in the Ini file editor, the level of compression is about 30% (depending on the document's contents). This feature works for Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) documents.
New ability to save output files to the source folder
We added a new macro which lets you save converted files to the same folder they come from. To use this feature, insert {*SrcFileFolder} instead of Output folder path:
If the input files were added from different folders, the resultant files would appear in them correspondingly. You can also add subfolders when using this macro and, for instance, set a path like this: {*SrcFileFolder}SubfolderConverted files.
New ability to select compression method for output TIFF files
If you often convert to TIFF, there's also a way to set file compression of output files. You can choose between different compression methods: Modified Huffman RLE/MH, Group3 Fax/T.4, Group4 Fax/T.6, LZW, Jpeg, and Flate.
New ability to arrange multiple document pages on one sheet
There's also a new ability to place several document pages or images onto a single sheet if needed. This feature has many parameters, so if you need to customize it for your needs, please contact our support team.
