The 17 Best Writing Apps to Boost Your Writing in 2021 Whether you’re writing an email, a blog post, or a full-on novel, you’ll likely find the task impossible without the right tools. Which raises the question: what are the best writing apps to help you with everything from basic composition to firing-on-all-cylinders productivity? The TuneWiki app provides scrolling lyrics for music and lyric translation for more than 40 languages. A different feature with this very social app is that it includes lyric art where you can create your own lyrics with photos. You can then share your designs through Twitter and Facebook. I was introduced to Master Writer by Pat Pattison, Lyric Writing professor at Berklee College of Music. MasterWriter has become my best friend. I open it at every writing session and apart from providing rhymes, synonyms, etc., it so often leads to new ideas. I recommend it to every writer on the planet!
Most of them are free and a couple cost under $5, suiting any independent artist’s budget, so get ready to download and use all available storage on your phone…
